Service at Ford
Mike Kingery was the most pleasant service person we have ever dealt with. The car is my daughter's, and he patiently explained what was wrong with her front brakes, why it was important to get them right, and what was being done to fix them. It is her first car, the car she will always remember, and Mike taking the extra time to explain to a young lady, in easy regular people's language, what was going on is really amazing. Thank you Mike.
