Every single person my husband and I came in contact with at this dealership was kind and actually listened to what my husband and I's concerns. We were not available to come to look at the vehicle we purchased until Saturday so Monday we started the gathering all the documents Wayne Dietz was requesting. He had all of our information and gave our file to Rocky. He said that Rocky had excellent news and that my husband and I should be very excited. He was not joking. I never met with Wayne in person, but he was very easy to work with and knew what he was doing. When we walked into the dealership and met with Rocky, he gave us the good news. Knocked 2k off the asking price of the vehicle and was able to get us financed with the lowest possible payment. They filled up the vehicle with gas, and I don't know about all of you, but I have never been in and out of a dealership in less than 2 hours. Melissa was kind and answered all of our financial questions, even shared a couple of laughs. From start to finish it was just a great experience. I highly recommend them all, make sure to ask for Wayne and if you get the chance to work with Rocky, then you will leave with all smiles. Thank you, cornerstone Ford, from the bottom of our hearts. The service has gone to xxxx after 27 years of buying cars and trucks and many of them it now takes three weeks to get an appointment than they order the parts, and they make you wait another two or three weeks to get the parts. It never was like this before. The sales have been great Terry has always helped us and has done us a great but the last two trucks have not gone well. It's like they don't care anymore they may have got too big for me.
