They will increase the final price of your service work
They will increase the final price of your service work at the last minute. Shop fees will be added to the origial quoted price. They will SOMETIMES remove them if you complain. It is just not worth it.

Crooked parts department.
Crooked parts department. I tried to return a brand new air bag system control module for my Honda Element and they practically laughed at me. At first they said they do not take any electronic parts back. Then they said that I opened the bubble wrap on the control module and they don't take back used parts. However, I had to open some of the wrapping to see if the part fit or not and determined it did not fit. So, out of frustration, I told the parts department to keep the part and donate it to Honda. A loss to me of several hundred dollars. The motto at this dealership should be "The Customer is Never Right". My motto is never do business with Beaverton Auto Again!
