Lithia Dodge had been my dealership of choice since 2005. My dodge goes in for regular service every six months plus whenever other service is required. I am acknowledged by name when I go in and receive exemplary service from the service advisor. Friendly but professional. My car is always returned to me at the time promised and if I cannot stay and wait, a ride is always promptly available both to get home and back again. My car is always serviced promptly and I never worry about it and I am informed if other service is suggested.

Did a walk in oil change, tire rotation and a small repair fixed by the installation of a new part. The employee helping me was very pleasant and helpful. I was shuttled home and also picked up when the service was complete. The entire experience was great and I would recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle or service.

Came in to look around and to see what was available left driving a very nice 1500 RAM sweet color and the right options no hassles or pressure.

My Grand Cherokee was in for a Grease/Oil/Filter service. Most vehicles this would be a routine matter, but not the Cutch mobile. I was told the oil filter adapter failed causing the new oil filter and new oil to be discharged from the engine when the engine was started following the service. Apparently this happened twice before they diagnosed the issue as being the adapter. This falls under the Murphy Law category and the Service Department personnel handled the situation very professionally. The service time was longer than expected, but I also got three oil changes for the price of one :-)
