She was incredibly helpful in explaining the car's features and comparing different packages options to ensure I found the best fit for my needs. The finance manager was equally impressive, providing full transparency and focusing on what made sense for my situation rather than pushing unnecessary add-ons. I also appreciated the seamless support throughout the financing process and their effort in matching the best offer for my trade-in. Overall, the dealership experience was every bit as luxurious as driving the Mercedes itself.

I recently had a lot of work done on my vehicle including dealing with some tricky aftermarket parts that MB doesn't own that I needed to replace. Lola was extremely helpful throughout the entire process whether it was general communication, relaying important info to/from the techs, or getting a loaner delivered to me - she went above and beyond in all aspects of service. She was very kind, friendly, and commutative the entire time. I've always had good experiences with the MB service team before, but this was the best experience I've ever had with them!!
