Porsche Bellevue

Nicki and Simon’s response to my problem was excellent!! I found a screw in my tire on Friday, called Nicki and Saturday noon Simon had replaced both rear tires! Thanks to great customer service, I am a Happy Porsche Owner!

Exceeded expectations: easy to make appointment. Courteous appointment confirmation and reminder notes: on time appointment little/no wait time. Acknowledged my presence and made me feel important. Service rep excellent. Repair time completed on schedule. Loaner process meticulously efficient.

When I walked in the dealer I feel and all good service even sell person Dariya she have a good service without interup through the end of good finances person do the good job I appreciated to all.

Great service! Easy to make appointment, loaner cars always available. Work done correctly every time. They also check for any other issues with your vehicle. Wonderful communication. Car was done on time. Can’t think of a better way to do business.

Amanda was amazing! She was extremely professional and courteous. She made the whole experience buying a car easy and painless! I do want to mention the finance guy Rachid was a bit overwhelming with the warranty add ons. After I declined several times with my husband present he ended up slipping it on. I noticed it as soon as I got home and called the dealership right away to get it removed. That left a bad taste unfortunately. I assume that there is a lot of commission made off of customers with the warranty add ons, but makes me wonder how often this happens. Again Amanda was Amazing! I would definitely be back to buy from her again. No sales pressure at all.
