Stephen Hackett was an amazing sales associate. he was on top of every happening. it explaines why he's been with Porsche or Bellevue over 16 years. I've purchased over 20 cars, he's one of the Best I've ever dealt with. The finance experience was seamless, also a fantastic experience.

Took my *new (to me) Cayman in for a part exchange. Simon Pope is my Service Advisor. He exceeds expectations every single time I'm there. He's friendly, professional and is excellent with communicating all stages of service. I've been with Porsche Bellevue for nearly 10 years and have seen many changes (good and bad). The last two years have been excellent, as I've been able to work with Simon. I will only work with him as my Service Advisor. I feel confident working with someone who is familiar with my cars and my specific circumstances.

Undeniably probably one of the best Customer Service events I’ve ever experienced… People could learn by Porsche Bellevue…. later evening event… Was able to get a hold of my sales gal, She in turn got a hold of my service guy… That night we had a plan… The next morning they had a replacement vehicle Brought to my home… My vehicle Was on a wrecker On its way to them… And I was on my way to work, not late by the way… Constant contact with my service professional updating me about my vehicle… The repair was done So efficiently that I was back in my vehicle the following day… I cannot thank you enough! What an amazing experience! They were like calling a friend at 2 o’clock in the morning cause you’re stuck somewhere… Everybody showed up bells and whistles on… and got it handled wow, what a great experience…100 stars ⭐️ no problem!

Brought my car in for service, I was greeted by a friendly attendant, the service was done on time, I received a detailed invoice of everything that was done to the car and also the things that will need replacement soon. They washed and vacuumed it. The facility is spotless,free coffee, water and pastries. Overall it was a good experience.

I had a great experience with the Porsche service center. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive. They kept me informed every step of the way with updates about my vehicle’s status, and the repair work was done with excellent craftsmanship. I truly appreciate their clear communication and high-quality service. Highly recommended!

Porsche of Bellevue has a very good service department, work done as promised. Their waiting room is very comfortable and they also offer uber services or a good loner program

I went to Bellevue Porsche center for yearly servicing. Lee helped me arrange everything, promptly answered any questions I had and kept me up to date on the servicing status. 10/10 would recommend.
