What a great experience. Owning a Porsche is wonderful. Great cars. The dealership experience is great as well. From sales to service, Bellevue Porsche is honest, caring, and professional in every way. After almost 7 years (currently 2 vehicles), Lee Van in service has been 2nd to none. Free loaners, service done right every time, to a very professional attitude, I am extremely pleased.

While I’ve come to expect great service from luxury car dealerships, Porsche of Bellevue is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. Their customer service is unmatched, their care for the vehicle is meticulous, and the entire experience is seamless from start to finish. Every person who greeted me was friendly and helpful. The service was done on time and the price quoted, and they washed and vacuumed the car.

Working with Nicole at AutoNation Porche is always a pleasure, and she does everything possible to get me in quickly. Also, a special note to the lady who runs the snack and condiments counter in the waiting area. Though it seems trivial it is the best and most diverse counter I've ever come across.

Alex was my service advisor. I arrived early for my appointment, and when I expressed concern about needing to be somewhere, the folks at the check-in desk jumped into action, sending someone to prepare myloaner and it's paperwork...and I was out of there in record time. Alex kept in touch via text, and let me know when my Taycan 4S could be picked up after washing. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that the car had been thoroughly washed, both outside and inside! Alex summarized each part of the invoice, mostly just recalls, and I was on my way. Overall, a great service experience!
