Saved my butt
I work forty miles from my home so when my car broke down I had to replace it that day. I had no down payment and my broken car for trade in. I called and talked to Stacy and she was able to get me in the exact car I wanted that day. The whole process was less than an hour. The finance department got me an amazing interest rate and payment. They really came thru for me when I didn't think I had any options. This place is great and I've always loved Kia's they've always been reliable work horses of a car I would recommend them to anyone. If you need a car come see these guys!

Pressure to buy...sales first, then customer.
I have no doubt this is a good dealership so I will only write from my experience. I won't go through the details. I was short on time but that made no difference...just felt lots of pressure to test drive, then tell them my price range, then get inside the show room, then tell them my price range, then sit down, then tell them my price range and make a deal yet today. That's why they lost the sale..."Let's make a deal," rather than "let's serve you."

Second vehicle purchase and expect more
Tim D'Agosta helped me get my hands on an EV+ What more can I say? Not an easy thing to do right now. He called me the day they were delivered in Whatcom county. I bought it the next day, after test driving it still wrapped in plastic. Tim's always fun to deal with. This is the second vehicle I have bought from him and expect I will be back within a couple years.

Best car buying experience one could ask for
Jason from Smith Kia of Bellingham gave us the best quote of all the dealerships we requested quotes from. Everything was clearly laid out including Invoice and all available incentives that Kia was offering as well as an out the door price with accurate taxes/license/doc fees etc. all included. Even though they did not have the vehicle in the color we wanted on site he was able to get it, secure it, and have it delivered in less than 24 hrs. Now if you're looking for a big flashy show room and a huge lot of cars this might not be the place for you, but if you're looking for no pressure, no haggling, honest, pleasure to do business with kind of guys I would at least give them a look. I don't think you will be disappointed, I know we weren’t.

Ted Warren was friendly, responsive to my vehicle interests, and was knowledgeable and professional in how he helped me arrive at my vehicle purchase. From the beginning I felt as though he was interested in helping me rather than pushing his sales agenda on me. And once we had found the KIA Soul I wanted Jason Kurtz came along side to facilitate the legal/paperwork end of the transaction. He also was pleasant, helpful, and professional as he guided me through the documentation necessary to purchase a new vehicle. He knew his stuff and made sure I understood what we were doing. I had an excellent overall purchase experience at Smith KIA and am very pleased with how the process went and with my new KIA Soul.

Jerry Mcdaniels is a top quality service manager. He looks out for all his customers and explains what's wrong or what needs to be done for your car. You can trust Jerry to give the straight story on any car problems and the reasons for costs. And he likes my dog. Could anything be better? Our 2006 Sedona has worked very well for us and Jerry's service department is a tremendous plus.
