KJ was very helpful in my purchase of our family car a couple of years ago. It was a used vehicle so I as concerned with how long it would last and any previous malfunctions with it. He went over all of the mechanic reports with me and addressed every concern I had. I trusted that he was selling me a great car. My vehicle has lasted and I haven't had any problems with it! I would definitely buy another car from KJ in the future!

I went in without my husband to get some pricing info and was pleased when David didn't try to pressure me to buy on the spot. When we came back together, the price was as quoted...needless to say we got the best price around on a new Sorento. They beat the rate at my credit union and thre in some window visors. I went to a sales event in Nov. 2011 and received the two promised 'gifts' and had a non-pushy salesman who was helpful and made a follow-up call. i have not purchased a car yet but would consider doing so there in the future.

This was a positive experience all around.From friendliness and overall car knowledge during the test drive and question and answer session afterwards to the low key friendly yet not pushy sales approach of Tim I had no problems here.Paperwork went smooth and relatively fast and buying process was fair and handled professionally.

We purchased a KIA Optima Hybrid using the Costco auto program. The Smith KIA dealership of Bellingham was knowledgeable about the product and located the Snow White color and all of the features that we wanted. We took delivery the next day. We not only got the Costco price but also all of the KIA price incentives along with a fair trade-in price. This purchase was a pleasant car buying experience.
