I went yesterday just to look around for a sav but was sooo impressed with their service i think the guy name is jason that i ended up buying the vehicle.The whole thing took about 45 minutes.very friendly staff good people even the manager was nice and funny gave us a decent deal and was willing to work with us.We really appritiate it.Stay away from Hyundai in Mt Vernon they are jerks and theives.

I had an exceptional experience buying a new Kia Optima. The place was clean and organized. I was greeted immediately on arrival. The sales consultant was SUPER friendly. I did not feel hustled or insulted at all. The sales manager and finance manager bent over backward to accommodate my unique financial situation. The teamwork between these guys is inspiring. I have never before felt so appreciated as a customer. I had to pass several other Kia dealerships on the way to Bellingham and will gladly do so again for any service or future purchase. Thank you for the home-run guys.

Smith Kia of Bellingham offered us the best deal by far on our new 2011 Kia Sportage. They followed that up with spectacular customer service. I had really been dreading purchasing a new car, but with Jason and the reson of the staff at Smith Kia of Bellingham, our overall buying experience was an absolute pleasure. I will not hesitate to refer this dealer to others.

I was impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable service. The review by Consumers Guide and the information given by Tim, the salesman, convinced me that the Sportage was the car for me. The offer of free car washes was a very pleasant bonus, in addition to the unexpected extras as standard equipment. I am very pleased with my purchase, especially since the 4 wheel drive got a very good work-out during our snow and ice storm the week after I took possession.

I presently own a 2005 Kia Sportage that I bought from...
I presently own a 2005 Kia Sportage that I bought from Smith Kia a few years back. I wanted to purchase a new 2011 Sportage. I have gone in twice to fill out paperwork, get quotes and allow them to run a credit check on me (it's well over 800). I couldn't get the time of day....and I was there having my Kia worked on. I waited 10 days from my first visit before returning. My second visit was worse than the first. I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. When I finally got someone, all he wanted to do was talk about his upcoming trip to Hawaii. Another "helpful" salesman explained to me that I might not like the 2011 Sportage because "...it was nothing like my 2005."

My wife and I went in the dealership looking for a car or...
My wife and I went in the dealership looking for a car or possibly SUV. We haD received a coupon in the mail with discounted prices and 5 (five) entries to a lottery to win different prizes or even a new car. My wife haD called the dealership and was met with a very professional/friendly facade. It all sounded good, so when we went in, the sales men were all chatting in the corner of the showroom, didn't even bother to ask if we needed any help. Finally, a salesman, Jim, came to us and said that in order for us to even look at a car he had to get our info. My wife gave her information, SSN, and the whole nine yards, so Jim left the desk. I stopped him and said, "Are you going to run her credit?" He said he wouldn't. We told him we would like to find something we like, and decide which one of us would take the financing, before he places a hard inquiry on my wife's credit. He hadn't even taken my information! He came back, told us he can't help us and turned his back on us, and walked away. I turned him around and asked him if he had run her credit, and he said "No". (Sneak Peek in the future: a few weeks later the the hard inquiry showed up on her credit report!) He never asked about my credit, which is impeccable. They could have sold us a car but in stead he chose to practice the bad business obviously they are taught by their mangers. So, we took our business elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone to buy here. It's not even a good atmosphere, and most of all, they are UNTRUTHFUL. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

Jerry Smith Kia of Bellingham has been nothing but great. Our salesman, Tim, was fantastic and Jerry in the Service Dept couldn't be better. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. When they told me we would get free car washes for as long as we owned this car, it sealed the deal

I can't say enough on how "FABULOUS" Jason Kurtz is with Smith Kia Bellingham. I have bought my last 4 or so cars with him! I would never go any where else to buy my cars, Jason goes way above & beyond GREAT customer service! He works hard for me as his customer, NO he considers me a friend & then his customer!!! He even drove over an hour to deliver my car to me!! I couldn't make it up there and he & another salesman brought me my brand new car! I love my 2010 Soul!! On a Tuesday night I text Jason with what I wanted and he had exactly what I wanted, Wednesday afternoon I filled out the application online, Thurseday night Jason delivered my car to me! He found me the best rate, & delivered my car to my home! Thank you Jason for being a friend and the best car salesman every!! I have to admitt that I called another dealership checking on prices and I was not impressed with who I spoke with & how short she was with me and there prices where higher!!! WE READ THE REVIEW AND WENT ANYWAY, THEY HAD THE CAR WE WERE LOOKING FOR...VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD PRICING, FUN AND STILL PROFESSIONAL SALESMAN, THEY EVEN OFFERED TO BUY OUR TRADE IF WE DIDN'T BUY FROM THEM. WE HAD PRICED THE CAR ON THEIR WEBSITE FIRST, SO WHEN THEY GAVE US THE LOT PRICE WE ASKED HOW TO GET THE INTERNET PRICE. TOLD US TO JUST TEST DRIVE AND WE COULD BUY FOR THE INTERNET PRICE! IT WAS FUN TO BUY FROM THEM.
