I spent 2 weeks searching the internet, and visiting 20 plus dealerships in Lansing/ Grand Ledge/ East Lansing/ Okemos area. And not only did I leave all those places with out wheels but I also left more frustrated. Finally a friend recommended Pauli Ford as she had bought a couple vehicles and her children also did from Pauli Ford of St. Johns. Paul Phillips had a laid back approach wasn't trying to pressure me and made me feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable and accommodating (I also had my impatient 6 year old with me). I found exactly what I was looking for at a GREAT price! of course I encountered some issues with my bank but I was in good hands with Justin Garner who helped me straighten it all out and still kept me at the monthly payment i wanted to be at. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pauli Ford to anyone whos ready for a new vehical at an honest price.
