I travel out of state for work, so the availability of my schedule can somewhat be hectic, no problem for this team though. I started my experience with Will taking a test drive. Relaxed, low pressure, informational sales from him - which is a relief compared to some sharks you come across when looking for a car. I did not have the vehicle I wanted to trade in with me, so I came back a week or two later. During that time I had a ton of communication back and forth with Will, he was ultra responsive, and if he didnt know the answer he made sure to find it. Will was off the day I brought in my trade to get an appraisal, so I was able to meet with Paul and Brian Pauli. Paul was amazing to work with, super knowledgeable - took the time to answer my 500 questions without making me feel rushed or like I was bothering him. Additionally Brian the sales manager/co-owner was great to deal with as well, laid back and quick to respond. A few days later I set up an appointment to schedule the transaction, was in and out quickly, and best of all nothing changed from when we spoke prior. They stood by their word, and there was no hidden fees or surprises (which is a lost art nowadays) upon signing. I am very satisfied with my experience, and will refer my friends and family in the future. Thanks again for all of your help!

We’ve been loyal customers at Pauli Ford for nearly 30 years and just purchased a 2019 Escape to replace our 2009 Milan. The Escape is the 12th vehicle we’ve purchased there, I think. We’d done our homework and knew what we wanted. Robert Milks was extremely helpful and professional. Test drove it, ran some numbers, and pulled the trigger. Delivery process was smooth and professional and didn’t take very much time. Great intro to the vehicle’s systems and controls got us up and running quickly. We came in pretty late last evening to take delivery and Robert and the guys stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. They didn’t have to do that and its a great example of the attention to customer service we’ve always received. Frank and his whole team do a great job and we’re happy to recommend Pauli Ford to others.

Was told lender required extened warranty and gap to make the deal work which I now know is a straight up lie and is illegal took advantage of the fact I have poor credit. I will not return or send anyone else here
