They know their stuff. They never try to get you to spend unnecessary money. I've never felt that anyone there was being condescending or tried to pull something over on me. I rated Pauli Ford high for many reasons. One of them being professionalism as in they actually would call you after you told them what you wanted. I have browsed for trucks for literally months and have been in contact with many dealers which said they would be in touch and never did. I know this because I would stop by some of them and see exactly what I wanted in the lot. Additionally my salesperson Paul was there to answer any questions I had about the truck, financing and even some Secretary of State license plate questions. Due to my hectic schedule with work he was willing to converse with me after the hours of normal operation. He answered questions and did not at all fit the stereotypes of a pushy car salesman trying to sell you on something you don't need. I would recommend them if you have a specific type of vehicle you want. It may not be the next day or even week but they did a good job of getting back to me.
