Mix of false advertising (probably illegal) and dishonor in product, brand and reputation. Stay as far away as possible.

As I viewed and test drove my future car, I was well pleased with the staff who helped me along the way. They helped me be able to make my decision as well as purchase the car too. Overall just a great dealership and would recommend to anyone considering buying a car.

Service worked at solving 2 problems. It did take 3 days after it was already precertified. Had to drive 3 days to take new purchase home.

Immediately greeted when first walking in. Help all through the process. Made sure and questions were answered. They made it an amazing to be able to get a new car. Everything was quick and well explained.

I have now purchased two cars from Crown Motors and have always been pleased with the sales and service staff and their willingness to assist me with whatever I needed.

I had new tires put on, and alignment and an oil change. This all went smoothly and in the time expected. I had requested a loaner car so was able to go on with my day while this was being done. While I truly appreciated being able to have a loaner car and not need to wait around the car I was given obviously had been driven by a smoker and since I do not smoke I noticed it right away and needed to ride with the windows down a bit just to not be bothered too much by the smell. They may have been short on loaner cars that day and again, I was glad that I did not have to wait for 3-4 hrs for the work to be done. Otherwise it was an A experience.

The experience with Erik Lee was very pleasant and it was quick decision on my part.
