They fixed the problem and then sum
I went to Crown motor’s jeep in Holland to look at a jeep grand Cherokee I found online. When I got there the manager told me that the price was wrong it was their mistake. I was very disappointed but they took extra steps to remedy the problem. In the end I purchased the vehicle not at the price it Was erroneously listed at but it was a great deal. I was very pleased with my service and my salesman Jerry was absolutely fantastic

Unsatisfied
After five days of having my brand new 2019 Honda HR-V, I noticed my safety features were not working. I called the dealership and they brushed it off and insisted that the safety features (lane assist, collision/break control, and cruise control) were acting up because of the extreme cold weather. Then after two days later, after another car nearly collided with me, I realized that my horn did not work; I tried to press it and silence. Additionally, my steering wheel features (e.g. radio controls) did not work either. After countless times of trying to schedule an appointment to fix my horn, they finally did, but nearly four weeks later. Apparently, I had a defective clock spring and it was due to how the part was installed. It did take a week for the replacement clock spring to arrive, but all the dealership did to compensate me was me a free oil change. In the past, I have never had any issues with Crown Motors…until now. All the representatives always forget to call me by my preferred name and it’d be ok, but I have visited the dealership five times in the past two months. Also, I did not like that they pushed an extended warranty on me and it was quite an inconvenience to cancel it. They were very adamant that I keep it, but I was convinced otherwise. All in all, I would not recommend going to Crown Motors, if you have a choice.

Buying a car made easy.
I walked in without an appointment,, without planning, or anything, and less than two hours I had a brand new car, ready to be picked up the next morning. Truly a pleasant expierence with friendly associates and amazing service. If I am ever in need of another GM vehicle I would come back.

The salesman did not want to work on price.
Test drive used vehicle. Salesman was busy, wearing many hats that day. Short staffed. Did not buy from you but the salesman was not the issue. I do wonder how ever the "coincidence" of the $1000.00 rebate from Toyota that "we/you did not expect" 3 days later via e-mail I am not stupid!!!!! give me the best deal possible from the beginning like I asked for!!!!!!

They went above and beyond with me because I didn't have an appointment, but worked me in the next day and had a great mechanic, Greg, work on my car. Always pleasant and accommodating.

Not a good dealership group
Nice buildings but not well run. Have had multiple bad experiences and will not be back. Very disappointed. Bad culture. Service department has been a mess. The sales team I bought the Jeep from was great but all let go. Was harassed by new team for a few years after.
