Did not get the service I paid for and was still charged

Did not get the service I paid for and was still charged full amount. Have tried calling to speak with a supervisor and left voice mails and I’m being ignored. Go to another dealer

Had to wait for four hours for a oil change ,tire

Had to wait for four hours for a oil change ,tire rotation and two batteries replaced that’s unacceptable. Used there texted messaging and there email to get a update on the progress of service but never received any response from service team.
