Ordered a new GMC Yukon XL in 2002 from Walt Massey.
Ordered a new GMC Yukon XL in 2002 from Walt Massey. We dealt with continuous oil leak problems last year. It took them multiple attempts to finally repair. Recently, after owning the vehicle for 3.5 years we discovered the paint peeling and bubbling off the roof. We’ve also found the same paint issues on the front fenders and other areas. Walt Massey and GMC are not willing to honor ANY kind of repair under warranty. This is obviously a manufacturer defect. The dealer that you choose matters. Stay away from Walt Massey and GMC in general.
