My service manager, Mike Rios is always kind and timely, gets me in and out with a smile and a clean car! The waiting area is perfect for getting some work done while waiting for your vehicle. There are snacks and beverages, which is very kind.

I love working with Scott when my car needs service. He?s organized, on time, reasonable & just plain nice! I just had a major problem that was covered by my warranty & he let me know my tires were no longer safe ? and it was true. He sold me new ones at a fair price & sent me down the road safely.

Mike and Toby worked up a great deal for us to replace

Mike and Toby worked up a great deal for us to replace our tires and to put the spare back in its place. They got me in quickly and were able to accommodate my timeline to pick the car up.

I visited the service department to service my brakes and

I visited the service department to service my brakes and windshield wiper fluid pump not working. This planned service appointment happened to fall at a time when it was close enough to needing an oil change so they did that also. I have been a customer at Coulter Infinity for 7 years and have never ever had an unfriendly or unprofessional experience. I highly recommend them for your vehicle.

I'm 65 years old and have bought dozens of cars over the

I'm 65 years old and have bought dozens of cars over the years and this dealership is the WORST I have ever dealt with! I lived in AZ for many years but moved to Texas a few years ago. We still have clients in AZ and I wanted to buy a new Infiniti and Coulter has one on their lot that we would like. I was very specific about getting a price from them because this was all over email. I specifically ask them if they would match another dealers price and they said yes they could match it. I specifically said before I filled out a credit application that I didn't want any surprises with dealer add's to the pricing. He said no there would not be any but the fees were not negotiable. I filled out the credit app and was approved and I was ready to give them a deposit and looked at the contract and there is a "fee" for dealer prep of $1995 that includes Tint, paint and interior protection, door and cup guards. Also there was another charge for a "Key Fetch" for $499 for losing my key fob. That is $2494 of dealer adds that they put into the contract! Coulter Infiniti needs to understand the word FEE has a definition of a service (not products) and totally mislead me. We all know that inquiries are not good for your credit and that is why I was so specific on my request. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST DEALERRSHIP!
