So Excited about my New Escape!

I had the best experience with Devin! I was so nervous about giving up my 16 year old Escape, and he made the process super easy. He found me a great new 2018 Escape with all the exact options that I needed (including color!) that drives beautifully. He also got me amazing value for my trade-in and managed to take care of all of this in just a few days so I could be ready to ski up north. Thank you so much Devin!

Not a bad experience

I love my car and I'm ok with the price, so YAY! My car shopping experience was overall disappointing. I hate that the advertised price isn't available to 95% of the people shopping. My biggest disappointment came when I went to the dealer on a very tight schedule to pick up the car and sign a few papers for "5-10 minutes MAX" and it turned into an hour. The worst was the paper they shove in your face, as if you have any choice at that moment, especially being in a rush, the if your next lease isn't a Ford, you must pay a penalty charge of several hundred dollars. Why not be upfront about that?!?!?!

My favorite salesperson

Understand up front, I am not someone who generally enjoys salespeople. I cringe when people come to my door for solicitations, and I find most salespeople in retail establishments to be pushy and opportunistic. Evilasio is a very different experience. While fully knowledgeable and helpful, he's so non-pushy that you'd almost swear he doesn't work on any commission at all. I felt comfortable with him right away, and that's why I've continued to buy cars from him. If you share my general skepticism of salespeople, try this non-salesperson salesperson. You'll probably be pleasantly surprised like I was. Highly recommended.

Great service and very happy with my Ford Fusion.

I walked in with extenuating circumstances and left happy with the car that I leased. I will definitely be back when my lease ends to either get into a less expensive lease or simply buy a car from Ford. I've been in the Ford family for about 10 years now and I do not plan on going anywhere. I apologize as I cannot remember if it's Tommy or Timmy White that helped me, but I appreciate his help and I'm glad we were able to figure something out.

Exactly What I Wanted!!!

Every part of my experience with getting my new 2018 Escape from Royal Oak Ford was more than I could have ever asked for. Devin helped me through every step and took the time to explain things and answer all of my questions. He also took the time to really find out what I wanted and was able to find my dream car with all of the options I wanted/needed within the tight time constraints I had. Amazing experience and still in awe of my sparkly new Escape!!!😍 Thank you, Devin and Royal Oak Ford!!!
