Service

I brought my vehicle in for two distinct noise problems. The Tie Rod end (front of truck)and another noise from the front end. They fixed one noise the Tie Rod End, but, did not know, or, could not locate and identify the other noise problem. I'm still having the noise problem.

Wonderful service

I was greeted professionally and personally. They remember my name and treat you more like a friend. This makes the experience more acceptable when you here news about your vehicle that isn't welcome. You aren't just a commission.

1st time service customer and pleased.

My 2010 Ford Edge was service. Jim and Amber made sure I got the service I needed along with a loaner car which help out a lot. I didn't purchase my car there.

Made me feel comfortable

I visited a few other dealerships before I ended up at Napleton and the service I received here topped all of my other experiences. The staff is very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and followed through on everything I asked for even before coming into the dealership.

Great Service

As soon as I drove on the property I was greeted by Mr. Richard Rhymes. I explained that I was looking to purchase a Lincoln MKZ . He was very knowledgeable and efficient with all aspects of my buying experience. Cant say enough praises about Richard. Rocco Paliga was very helpful in responding to my emails and Mike Beam in financing was also great. Great Service!!!!!!!!

TJ Pacocha "TJ"

Quick and easy service. TJ was very professional and alert. The moment my mom and I arrived to the dealership for my appointment, I noticed that he got up from his desk and welcomed us with a smile. Hot coffee and water was provided to us. He smiled and made sure we were comfortable from start to finish. Thanks again, TJ! ??
