Trust worthy service

I am always pleased when leaving this location, I trust them I never feel like they offer services just to get money, they are honey and trustworthy which is not common from car dealerships, I will continue to be a repeat customer

Great service, great people

The service was great! I had an appointment a week away. I particularly appreciate the fact that they were able squeeze me in when an emergency situation occurred and they knew how important it was for me get my vehicle serviced quickly. They treat me like family and that is important to me. They always give me detailed information regarding the service(s) provided, as well as suggestions about future service.

The Works + New Brakes

On March 12, 2016 I took my car to Napleton Lincoln for the works. Jim Belinda told me that eventually I would need some work done on my brakes. On August 10,2016, I took my 2004 Mercury Sable Sedan LS in for routine service including L O F. Mr. Belinda had his guy replace my rotors and pads + other work. When I left the shop, my car ran like a brand new vehicle and the brakes were great. Mr. Belinda, Ms. LaVigne and the mechanics at Napleton are an asset to your company. Keep up the good work and Saturday Appointments are wonderful. Mr. Hardy
