I recently bought a car from Napleton Lincoln Mercury and had a GREAT experience! Coach was able to help me find the car I wanted and made sure that I got a terrific price. Coach made me feel at ease and very comfortable and helped me find the best option for me at the best price. This is hands down the best experience I have had purchasing a used car. I am recommending Coach to all my friends and family!

Professional, Good Looking, Knowledgeable, Personable and...
Professional, Good Looking, Knowledgeable, Personable and Outstanding to name a few... is the best way I can describe my sales consultant Dwayne! My husband bought me a brand new 2011 MKS Lincoln from this Napleton Lincoln-Mercury Dealership. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a very warm reception from Dwayne. Great smile, very calm. accepting body language and xxxx good listener is what sold me. We've have visited two other Lincoln dealership not far from this dealership and the sales people did not greet us like Dwayne did, they were somewhat unprofessional. Dwayne greeted us immediately with open arms! HE KNEW HIS BRAND PRODUCT VERY WELL... the questions he could not answer right away, he wrote them down and got the answers for us instead of telling us just anything to make a sale. Every question I ask him about the MKS he'd answered with a very calm, direct and honest answer. He wasnt pushy, aggressive or unprofessional like some others...HE WOWED US!!! (Note: He also wasnt aware that my husband and I had already did our home work about the MKS, MKT and MKX before we started our car shopping) And Yes...I really really really enjoy my new Lincoln MKS. Last but not least, the Sales Manager John Tyler and Mike Rodgers was superb!!! (Oh yeah, one other thing that Dwayne did that really made my day that other dealerships haven't done, he showed us the service area should I need future services done to my car and he scheduled me for my first new car vehicle check appointment) And the survey says, YES! - I'M COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! Will refer everyone I know that's looking for a new or used car to Dwayne, Mike and John!

I have been a Napelton customer for years; bought 3 cadillacs from Joe Horvath. I have been swayed away from Napeltons service ever since Sean Haugh departed. Service was poor to say the least since he left until my experience today. I am a business owner myself and appreciate great service when it comes along and thought you should know about the exceptional service I received today with Ron Gadomski. Not only polite and knowledgeable, he seemed like he genuinely cared about the service Napelton provides for me. I feel that that is important in any business and very rare nowadays and wanted you to know how much it is appreciated. While I have bought other cars at other dealerships, I can honestly say the latest purchase of my 2011 Cadillac SRX with Joe Horvath at Napleton Cadillac has been my best! When I first walked into the dealership, Joe professionally approached me, introduced himself and made me feel as if I were talking to a friend. He answered all my questions, yet he never pressured me or made me feel as if I needed to make a decision right away. He was very knowledgeable about the product and made himself available at anytime. This same courtesy followed through to the Financing area when I dealt with Steve Schultz another professional, knowledgeable, yet patience person who took his time to explain all necessary information. Mr Schultz also did not push the "hard sell" tactic, something I appreciated from both gentlemen. They both continued with follow-up calls after the purchase was finalized. I appreciate all courtesies extended by Napleton Cadillac and I would definetly recommend the dealership and these gentlemen to my family and friends!!

I have brought two (2) Cadillac vehicles from Napleton...
I have brought two (2) Cadillac vehicles from Napleton Cadillac within a 12 month period. My Salesman, Mr. Mike James, is awesome. I've been bringing my vehicles to Napleton for Service for the past six years and all of the staff are just wonderful to deal with begining with the office staff, sales staff and not forgeting the Service Department. They have always been curteous and very efficient. Each time I've visited the service department, once the work has been completed, the Service Manager always sends me a letter asking if I was satisfield with the work performed on my vehicle and if not, to contact him directly. You can get service any better than that. I came to Napleton approximately six years ago to have my 2001 Cadillac DTS services after dealing with Arnie Bauer Cadillac in Matteson, IL. They had the worse Service Department and the attitude was very unprofessional of the Owner after I had made several complaints of the service that was performed on my vehicle. He just didn't care and expressed that to me personally. I informed him that I may be only one customer to you, however, this is one customer that you lost business with. I'm so glad I came to Napleton. Thank you all so very, very much!

Extremely happy with service performed on my Lincoln MKZ, I was able to get the appointment I wanted and Jim kept me informed of service needed on my Lincoln, and I received a car wash with my service! Great Service!

Cindy was very helpful. I told her what I wanted and she helped me find it. She wasn't like the typical sales person. She didnt try to push anything and everything on me. I have had my car for about a month now and it is perfect! My daughter will need a car soon. We will definatley be coming back to see Cindy.
