I have managed a fleet since 1979 that averages purchasing 12 cars a year. Most of my fleet is maintained at and serviced by River Oaks L/M. In addition, I steer a dozen people their way each year. I have been dealing with River Oaks since 2004; they have not failed to completely satisfy our needs. Through the years I have dealt with no fewer than 11 other dealerships, I have yet to find a dealership with the attention to detail, quality of service or willingness to work within a budget as Napleton's River Oaks L/M.

MY INTENT WAS TO PURCHASE AN AVIATOR, BUT AFTER BEING...
MY INTENT WAS TO PURCHASE AN AVIATOR, BUT AFTER BEING TOLD I HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE BACK MY PAYMENTS UP WAS VERY INSULTING. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS BEFORE. IN ADDITION, I HAVE PAID OFF TWO FORD VEHICLES PRIOR TO THIS PURCHASE, THUS I HAVE ESTABLISHED MYSELF AS A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER.<br>ALSO IT WAS INSULTING TO MR. JAMES AS HE IS A RETIREE, WORKING AT THE FORD PLANT ON TORRENCE, IN CHGO. FOR 30 YEARS. HE WAS ALSO A CUSTOMER OF THIS DEALERSHIP WITH SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTIONS IN THE PAST 2 YEARS!!!!<br><br>HE WAS VERY SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED, BECAUSE HE RECOMMENDED THIS DEALERSHIP AND WAS WITH ME AT THE TIME OF THIS VISIT. THE DEAL APPEARED TO BE A GOOD ONE HAD IT GONE THROUGH, BUT I DON'T FEEL CONFIDENT EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO MAKE THE VISIT A SUCCESS WITH AN ACTUAL PURCHASE. <br>THERFORE, MY HISTORY AS A LONGSTANDING CUSTOMER MEANS VERY LITTLE, IF ANYTHING!<br><br>
