Napleton River Oaks

Could not have been treated any better. From the General Manager, salesman, service personnel and even the gal who actually answers the phone, we had a very positive experience with Napleton Cadillac.

I went in to Napleton's River Oaks Lincoln Mercury, and I've gotten my dirty car washed and gassed up by Derek Jennings, and I was very thankful for him, and he treated me with the utmost respect and hospitality, i recommend that if anyone is around the Calumet City area, and they need their car serviced, come to Napleton's River Oaks Lincoln Mercury, it's a great place

I took my truck in to have my air conditioner fixed, Jim was great to deal with and I had my truck back later that day and working great. A great place to go to.

I recently purchased a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer from this dealership I was greeted with the upmost respect by the sales reps and managers they allowed my wife and I to test drive the vehicle and have us a chance to discuss purchasing it without any rush and this all happened at 6:00 pm when they were supposed to be closing they gave us an extremely good price not only for the vehicle we were buying but also for our trade. We recently returned to visit they're service department for vehicle maintenance and were warmly greeted our vehicle wasn't going to be done that same day so we were issued a free loaner car until work was completed . Before this experience I did not like dealerships but I can honestly say that from now on whenever I need servive or to buy a car in the future I will be visiting Napleton's River Oaks Lincoln Mercury.

I have been a customer at this particular dealership over many years. Even though it has changed hands, John has been a constant. He is delightful to deal with. He is extremely professional, but maintains a friendly demeanor with his clients. Today, I went in for John to show me how to do voice commands and to have him to help me to load my phone numbers into "Sync" on my new 2011 MKS that I purchased from him. He took all the time needed and maintained a smile at all times. I love dealing with Mr. Innis. He's simply the best!

After visting Napleton River Oaks Lincoln Mercury for the first time I knew that this dealership would be my "go to" dealership. Immediately upon entering I was greeted by a salesman who treated me like an old friend rather than just a potential costumer. All the associates were very helpful and aided me in finding an ideal vehicle within my price range while at the same time refraining from being "pushy" as other salesmen can be. Being no lawyer, I needed quite a bit of help in getting through the paperwork and so the General Manager walked me through it, making me more and more confident as we went. When I was through with the signing of the paperwork I was very happy to be the proud owner of a used Lincoln given to me at a more than reasonable price. In addition I felt very confident driving that car off the lot knowing the Napleton ROLM has a full service garage to help me maintain and repair my vehicle should I need it in the future. Though I have been to many a car dealership in my time I would definitely rate ROLM at the forefront of quality in both the area of product and service. I would recommend this dealership to a friend and am currently recommending it to all who read this.
