Bought a car and it failed mechanically after only two

Bought a car and it failed mechanically after only two days due to a catalytic converter failure from burning oil that was leaking from the piston rings. Permanent code was listed for 126 drive cycles. Would not pass emissions inspection either in Kansas or Missouri. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

Customer purchased vehicle 06-24-25. Customer contacted Silver Eagle Auto Mall 06-26-25 with catalytic convertor issues. We offered refund immediately. Customer returned vehicle 06-27-25. Silver Eagle Auto Mall refunded customer full purchase price. Silver Eagle Auto Mall acted in full transparency to rectify an unforeseen event.

This dealership sold us a car which failed mechanically

This dealership sold us a car which failed mechanically two days after purchasing. They tried to show us three cars with no AC working or no titles. NEVER buy from them. 126 drive cycle with known catalytic converter failure in permanent memory.

Bought a truck 2 weeks ago and engine problems already!

Bought a truck 2 weeks ago and engine problems already!! They won't do anything except offer a discount if we pay for them to fix. After talking to others I would never have them work on my vehicles!!

We reduced the selling price. The customer refused a service contract at time of purchase. We offered to look at vehicle and offered to discount said issues.

So are you saying you knew something was wrong with it? Why the price reduce? After reading reviews and talking to co worker's who've been to you, why would I bring it to you? They even admitted they had no idea what was wrong with another truck there..

Also, my husband was never offered a service plan. And even if we did, it wouldn't have been covered!

If you value your time and money, NEVER buy a car from Silver Eagle Auto Mall, Inc.! They will sell you a car that needs a new transmission within the first month of having it. Once you get the car back, it’ll break down again because their genius mechanics misdiagnosed the problem as the transmission when the actual problem was the alternator…. After you spend thousands of dollars fixing the issues with the car and you pay it off with money orders, they refuse to give you a lien release until the money orders clear their bank even though money orders are CERTIFIED FUNDS!

Place is a joke.

Place is a joke. Bought car on 11/13 and 11/15 engine light came on. Took it up to them on 11/16 and Bill tried telling me that the issue was I needed and oil change and tire balanced. When i let him know that I already had an oil changed on 11/14 he had nothing to say. Told me he wasn't going to do anything about it and it passed their inspection for a third time. Now the car drives rough because the took a balance off the passenger tire. Traded car in and bought a new car. Stay away. Bill and Mike are full of it.

The dealership was much better when Juan was the salesman. Just purchased a car had a accident insurance paid the car off payments made on time they were no help to get into another auto mobile. It seemed as payments being made car paid off that did not matter.

they lied to me about financing they've given me the

they lied to me about financing they've given me the runaround about a car then they gave me the runaround about a trailer said I put $2,000 down filled out the credit app never called my references when I went back in purpose they said they wanted over $5,000 down over half the price of the trailer nothing but the runaround don't buy from these xxxxxxxx

Just got another vehicle from silver eagle, this would be my third now. Charlie did a fantastic job of working the payments fit my budget and took good care of me. Will definitely come back for anymore vehicle needs.
