This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR!
This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR!!! THEY LIED ABOUT DOING A 360 INSPECTION ON THE VEHICLE. THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST WHEN I SPOKE WITH A MANAGER NAMED JASON HE TOLD ME THAT'S WHAT I GET FOR BUYING A USED CAR!!! PLEASE USE ANOTHER CAR DEALERSHIP AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM A PLACE LIKE THIS!! They refused to fix the issues with the car I haven't had the car 20 days yet

Warning, bait-and-switch.
Warning, bait-and-switch. I called about a 2018 Toyota Sienna listed for 19k both on their dealership website and on CarGurus. I confirmed the price and scheduled a test drive, as well as an appointment for my mechanic to inspect. A few hours later, the dealer increased the price by 3k on their website. I called about it and the salesman, Mario, gave me his word that they'd honor the original price (he did not explain the increase). I show up for the test drive the next business day, and the price had been increased again by another 3k. So the car is now 6k more than it was listed for when I called—a 33% increase—and now they're sticking to that price. Moreover, Mario, my salesman, was nowhere to be found. He skipped our appointment. The car wasn't ready when I got there, and when they finally rolled it out for me, it wasn't so much as rinsed off. It had dead leaves stuck in the doors and the trunk, and was so dusty someone had written some words in the dust on the hood. Interesting behavior. For added context, the car had been for sale for 220 days, and the price had dropped month by month to where it was when I called. Yet, the first GM I interacted with, trying to ask about the price increase and why I wasted a morning coming out under false pretenses, Paul (pictured, pink shirt), claimed the price I saw was a "glitch," and said the computers were to blame. Then, rudely and out of nowhere, this Paul guy told me I should have come in the day of the "computer glitch" if I wanted the computer glitch price. He then told me to have a nice day and walked off. Again, an interesting choice to be rudely aggressive towards a customer who has a legitimate question about why they're playing games with the price. Another guy, Darryl (pictured, black jacket), came out and claimed the price drop was a human error. When I said that contradicted what Paul had said (and that human error also seemed odd since the car wasn't selling and anyone could see the price dropping month over month the last 8 month), told me, "I guess you never make mistakes, right?" Again, an interesting choice to let his ego get the best of him and insult a customer who showed up early for his appointment to check out their vehicle at a price I confirmed beforehand. Rude, immature behavior from these salespeople. Neither individual cared that Mario, or the GM he said he spoke to, had given their word on the price. What a nightmare experience from start to finish. I got these goofballs down to 21k after arguing for an hour, but the inspection revealed the car needs 5k worth of work. Embarrassingly for the dealership, the car's tires were showing mesh. No wonder it hasn't sold. They made a bade decision at auction and want to pass that bad decision on to their customers. They lied on the phone, they lied in person, and I'm sure if they reply to this review, they'll lie here as well.
