DO NOT BUY.THEY SELL YOU A LEMON WHILE SMILING
THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE*** I would not recommend buying a car from the Sharpest rides. I purchased a Jeep on 4-04-2023. I purchased the vehicle on a Tuesday evening while it was snowing, I drove it home parked it in my garage and when I got up the next morning to drive to the airport, I backed out of my garage and had a quart of oil on my garage floor it had been less the 12 hours since I purchased the vehicle and now I also had a check engine light and a major oil leak. I called my salesmen and left him a message, when I returned back to town I reached out to the salesman again, He scheduled a appointment for me to drop off the vehicle the following week. Now that I have to wait a week to return the car for the sharpest rides to look at the car I go to put gas in it and, it will not take gas, I initially think that the gas pump is broken but boy was I wrong, I went to another gas station and have the same problem. As I was pulling the gas nozel out the whole neck/hose leading to the gas tank came off. so I go to drop off the car at the dealer ship and they keep it for a week Just to tell me to bring it back on 5-05-23 so that my warranty could cover the repairs. Now here we are may 5th, I drop off the vehicle again know one reaches out to me after a few days so I call and they tell me that they are waiting on the warranty company to approve repairs. 1 week later still nothing. I call the warranty company and they tell me that the repair claim had been denied. So at this point I feel like the sharpest ride had sold me a LEMON and they should pay for the repairs. After weeks off making phone calls and being ignored by the customer service manager, salesman and whoever else would listen to me they finally told me to deal with the shop directly and that the car was sold AS -is. why would anyone spend 20K on a car they cant put gas in, has a check engine light and has a major oil leak? I finally get my car back on 6-05- 23 its been 2 months since I purchased this car and I had to pay over 1600.00 in repair cost. The sharpest rides is a big scam worst dealer ship in the Denver area, I will let the world know how bad my expierence was

So far not so good, I wired payment for the car on April
So far not so good, I wired payment for the car on April the 18th. Today is the25th and no car and no title. I received 25 pages to fill out with all types of agreement that protect the dealer but none for the buyer (me). I have to ask what is going on, no one is informing me of the transaction process. Even though I paid for the car in full much of the paper work wanted to know about financing. I did hire a shipper but they would not ship the car until the 21st. Let the results speak for themselves.

If you are looking to get a car DO NOT go to the sharpest
If you are looking to get a car DO NOT go to the sharpest rides! I repeat DO NOT go here! They buy their cars from the auction and then take pictures and just throw them on the lot without servicing them first! So you’re buying blindly. Bought a car the end of February this year, got a diagnosis on it. It needs over 5,000 worth of TLC into it. Tie rods! Oil in spark plug hole, needs gasket seal and needs a new catalytic converter on a 2017 nissan! Smh. They don’t care about you, they are all about that 💰 trust me! 🚩🚩🚩
