Good afternoon, My name is Hunter Mosher. Yesterday I purchased a new vehicle from the Sharpest Rides. Most of the time buying a new vehicle is an incredibly painful process. Something I never look forward to. When you buy a car, you usually get very pushy people who don’t have good intentions. Its also difficult because people pressure you to buy. That is 100% the opposite of what happened yesterday. I am so impressed by your staff, sales, and finance team that sold me my new Fusion and structured my deal to buy my truck. Not only did we find a great price that was mutually beneficial for us both, but they made the process easy, fluid, and overall, a fun time while I was there. Working with John, Julia, Darrel, Moose, and especially Pauly made my day. I can honestly say that is why I will be coming back to purchase my next vehicle at your location for the third time. Bad situation handled
We bought a Lexus 200t from them and when we took it to our local Lexus dealer because a tire sensor was on they gave us very bad news the car had extensive rust damage underneath to the point of being dangerous. The dealership took a video of what they found and we sent it to Kalena the customer service manager. She quickly responded and said she would speak to the GM Rob the next day when he was at work. The next day she called and asked us to come in and find a solution. Upon arrival Kalena, Rob and French the sales man who we worked with all apologized and said they were unaware of the damage on the car and they would never sell a car that was that dangerous. They said they wanted to get us into another car and if that did not work they would refund our money. We found another car and they gave us a good deal we have since taken it to our local dealer and they said it is a great car. They were very professional and took care of a bad situation. We would do business with Rob ,Kalena and French (Daniel Latour) again.

When life hits you hard it's not the greatest feeling in the world. After being turned around and turned down. I walked into the sharpest rides with the mindset ill try but I may have the same results. Boy was i wrong after meeting Mr Sheldon he broke the cycle of denial. got me squared away with a brand new chevy equinox .i cant help but be thakful for him and the team for helping me get a very nice ride.
