I highly recommend Tim's cause they have awesome employees such as Alex B. He made the whole process as hassle free as possible and made it enjoyable to be there. Most places you feel uncomfortable and you feel you rather be anywhere else but Alex made it feel the exact opposite. I'm very pleased with the deal he got me and I hope to see him and the rest of the team more and more often. I'm very proud I got my truck at Tim's. You should be the next!

The people I delt with were of great help. Disappointed with the as is. Wish they would check the vehicles out and tell you what may be wrong. I went for a inspection and all the front end parts need to be changed. 1600 dollars worth.

Alex was so great, he made the car buying very quick and simple. Once I was fully ready to buy, the total time spent was just a couple hours!

Came in for an alignment, staff were wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable! Found I needed a ball joint replacement and they were able to take care of it right away. Highly recommended, comfortable waiting area, great staff and service! Amanda, Ken and Kerry were awesome!

The salesman Sean was persistent, knowledgeable, but not pushy. Then Jeff the manager was very nice, and helpful, even when I didn’t expect it. The manager in the service center was also very helpful and knowledgeable, so far I am very pleased with all the service provided at Tim’s truck center. Good job guys. Alex was an amazing help. Went out of his way and made sure we got everything we wanted. Such an amazing worker and a great face for the company. Dude is the car jesus that blesses people with amazing cars!

Still not inspected no heat wont rectify the situation.Theyll have a tech call me back.....what's that do? Never got a call anyway
