When I purchased the truck February of this year the salesman tried to get me to purchase a level 4 extended warranty and I chose a level 2 instead. I wish I would have chosen level 4. The Park assist sensor and the windshield washer pump were not covered in level 2. Tim’s Truck Capital is a good place to shop and buy. I highly recommend them. Sales and Service.

16 days to get truck. Lost 16 days on temp plate that was good for 20 days. But that's ok. Truck is great.danny is a top salesman and after talking to him about my needs suggested this truck to me. I was having a hard time with the loss of my beloved 2008 Tundra. It was totaled on a stone wall while I was in surgery. I have been splitting my time between Tuftonboro and Clarksville, both NH, while remodeling my wife and I's new house. I had really wanted to find a new Tundra up north where we'd be living, but a very helpful salesman couldn't find me a truck I'd be happy with. Online I found a Tundra at Tim's and decided I'd stop there on my way to Tuftonboro to look at it. Alex ran to the sister dealership around the circle and brought back the truck I saw on the internet. Alex was unperturbed when I returned from the test ride and declared THAT truck a beat up mess. He just calmly went back to the other place and brought me back a two year newer twin of my first Tundra. Basically the exact same truck with a different color, which I was excited about, since the white color of the first one was the only thing I didn't like about it. This one is a dark grey that I love. From just stopping to look, to buying a new to me Tundra was a smooth operation thanks to Alex. The only small hitches in the process were caused by me. I am now back in a beloved Tundra and Alex got me there. I'll recommend him and Tim's to anyone who'll listen. Thank you Alex!!

Took my vehicle to get a sticker it didn't pass .I needed some rust repaired underneath the driver side So Sr. recommended to have Jake to weld it and it came out great! The service Dept got us in right away to have it fixed ! Highly recommend Tim's

Great sales people to deal with no pressure.i was very happy that I stopped by .I spent labor day weekend looking for a work van or pickup. By far best used dealer ship that I know of .I checked out 15 different dealers .

Bought a used truck. A week later went to pick it up, no paperwork ready, still needed inspection, oil not changed, loan paperwork not done, tires not balanced, etc. Did nothing over the week to prep the vehicle. Spent 4 hours waiting for work to be done that should have been done during the week. They will block and stall when it comes to repairs that fall under the 30 day warranty. Slaes & service are terrible. Will never go there again.
