My experience at Tim’s was outstanding. Brian helped me out for a few hours going through multiple trucks and the good and bad with all of them, he did not try to persuade me one way or the other, he truly just wanted me to find a truck I liked. And Jeff was huge with telling me everything I needed to know as far as warranties and servicing the truck and even some things I never thought of about my trade in. All in all it was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership and would highly recommend anyone looking for a truck to go there.

I took my 24 year old son to Tim’s because I knew they had a number of vehicles that would be of interest to him. Monica helped us and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We drove four vehicles and my son found a vehicle that he loves. The price was very fair and Alex & Monica helped us find a payment plan that worked with my son’s budget. My only criticism is that after declining various service agreements, a manager sat us in his office behind a closed door and aggressively tried to sell us a service agreement that we had already clearly stated we did not want. We reiterated this multiple times with this manager who continued to try to intimidate us into buying gap insurance and a service agreement. After about 15 minutes with this guy, i said again (for at least the fifth time), “we do not want any of these services.” He made us sign a form that we didn’t want these add-ons. Our experience with Monica and Alex was excellent and my son bought a really nice vehicle that he loves. I do think this particular manager needs to reassess his approach. He was aggressive and rude. The days of the hard sell are over...at least they should be.

Alex is one of the kindest and most genuine people that I have dealt with in the car industry. I got a flat tire and called him because I did not have AAA and he came in his own vehicle to help me right away! He is very friendly and he knows how to make every situation fun, enjoyable and positive. I love working with Alex and I plan on continuing to work with him in the future! Amber is also awesome and I love seeing her friendly smile every-time I go in!

I had the privilege of having Nate sell my car to me....what a joy it was! Fun..sassy...and a painless process....thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I can't wait to tell my friends and family....easy peasy....would highly recommend to anyone!

Contacted a different dealership about the same vehicle and didnt hear a thing. Contacted Tim's online and instantly got a response. Tim's even offers a text option for customer convenience and I had to do that do to work conditions. Speaking with Alex a majority of the time and I have to say that man was down to earth. Humble and a pleasure to work with. Alex responded in a timely manner and explained anything I wasnt getting. After texting back and forth for the entire work day and then some. I met with Alex to check out the rig. (Escalade) from walking into the dealers to going for a test drive was a matter of minutes. They allowed me to go through the truck and even throw a code scanner on it. Trade in process was very simple and easy. Giving me more than I expected. Paperwork was great and they walked me through it. They provided me with a contact to get insurance to get off the lot and made sure I'm all set. Alex was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be recommending Tim's truck capital to friends and family

Worked with Alex with a sub par situation he got me financed into exactly what I asked for. Very easy and painless process. They listened to what I wanted made the deal work and in a timely fashion I was on my way the same day with a new ride.

Jeff Meyer and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. After some not-so-great experiences elsewhere, it was beyond refreshing to feel like I was really being taken care of like one of the family. Plus, they have some really great trucks!

Danny was easy to work with. No sales pressure very accommodating. All the staff there were pleasant and very helpful. It was a smooth petal the way through the buying process.
