Greeted right away when we arrived. All of our options were explained thoroughly to us. Were able to test drive the vehicles we wanted with no problem. The buying process was easy and also well explained. We came on a Saturday and there was pizza and soda while we were waiting to finish the buying process!!!

these guys are awesome! we called ahead and the guy was here to help us right away, there are tons of trucks to choose from, when we went threw the financing process they made it as fast and easy as possible, even as a first time buyer with no credit they worked hard to get us all set up with the lowest interest possible! I stopped in to Tims after dealing with some bad dealerships and was tired of dealing with sales people b'sing me. First off the salesman I delt with was friendly and knowledgable. My credit is not good due to a bankruptcy years ago. But Brian had my wife and I apply together and got us in to a nice Yukon. Some thigs weren't working like a backup camera and a vent in the engin. Even after 3 months and they took care of everything. Awsome dealings wth thier service all around. Thanks everyone. We will be back

I bought a jeep from Tim's a few weeks ago. First, my credit was weak from a divorce a few years ago and they worked with me to get me the financing I needed. Secondly, the jeep I really wanted was a stick and since it had been a long time since I drove manual, not only did I get a very patient lesson, but I got a 2nd lesson from Tim, Sr himself. About a week after I had the jeep, I noticed a small oil leak, which is common for wranglers. I called Tim's and they immediately took in the jeep and rectified the situation. Brian, Johnny, Chris and Tim Sr were all exceptional people to deal with. They now have a car customer for life.

I have been with Tims for about a little over 2 years and they have done a good job with any issues I have encountered and putting up with me when I need something.Brian s. has been my sales guy for some timenow and looking to get into a third vehicle he has been very helpful and has been going through the process In finding me a truck with all I want in it without being to expensive. Whenever I need something they have been there and Brian is an awesome sales guy and I recommend him to anyone who is really looking to sit down and go through the process step by step and get into that specific vehical they are looking for.
