I bought a used Toyota Tacoma from Tim's and with any used vehicle it came with a few problems. Tim's T.C. took care of everything no questions asked. Tim's Service Dept is the best around.

Friendly Helpful Staff. Even met the owner. Flew in from Western NY State and Brian my salesman was right there to pick me up. I looked over the car and found it to be amazing CTS-V Cadillac Sedan. Wrote a check and drove it back to Western NY without a problem. It was a great experience and a great Dealership.

This place is a joke. They sold me a car that didn't even work and now they won't help me fix it or get a knew one. Do not go here they are a bunch of liars and they should be ashamed of themselves. The customer service was atrocious. Worst car buying experience you could ever have.

We were in need of a vehicle pretty quickly and while car hunting saw a Jeep at Tim's that we liked. When we pulled into the lot to test drive the Jeep we saw my fantasy vehicle...a Hummer. We test drove both on a Sunday, went back Monday after work and drove home with the Hummer. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out for us. It looked great! Brandon and Nick were fantastic. Very low key..no pressure. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I definitely recommend Tim's and will go back when in need of another vehicle!

Brian was very helpful he was not at all your typical pushy sales guy very laid back but was right there when needed. He had a good knowledge of all of the vehicles that he showed us. Application process was all handled in house very efficiently. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly even the owner made us feel very welcome. Thank you Tim's Truck Capital for making our first trip to Tim's a good one(not to mention the grin we cant seen to get off his face). We shall be back!
