Awesome people, make you feel like family. I was very weary trying a different dealership as I have purchased all my used cars from banks chevrolet and had a good experience every time. so driving by I really didn't want to stop in and deal with the typical used car pushy salesmen you find everywhere. But saw a couple of nice trucks sitting out front and really needed a bigger truck and couldn't resist it since banks didn't have anything in the price range I was looking for. So glad I did! They proved to me there are still good honest people out there not just looking to make a quick buck. Me and Ben searched the whole lot looking for exactly what I needed and wanted finally found one that I really liked but it would not fit my budget and warranty requirements. Shawn took a small deposit so we could think about it and held it for over a week trying his hardest to get it where we needed warranty and payment wise we finally came to the conclusion it wasn't going to work out so he ended up finding me a newer one with less miles that would work so he held the truck until I could make it in to look at it. The truck had just came in so it hadn't made it through the shop yet but they had a list of stuff they wanted to do before they would let me drive it home. So I signed the paperwork that night long after closing time. "they even ordered dinner for us" and couple days later I get a call to say that they still don't like how it drives and are going to replace the transmission! They could have very well sent me off with the truck and waited for me to come back when the tranny was completely gone asking for warranty work. In the mean time they are letting me drive the truck i traded in so i have something to drive. They definitely stand behind their cars and their customers there is no doubt in my mind I will be a lifelong customer and I recommend anybody thinking about it to just stop In you will be surprised!

Everyone is nice at Tim's. They make everything easy. I have bought many vehicles from Tim's and will continue to do so. I am pleased with my experience.

My experience with Tim's was exceptional. Brian Sartorelli, Nathan Coriaty, Sean McIntyre and Dave (don't know his last name) were very helpful and kept me informed as the purchase of my Nissan Titan moved along. They made sure the truck was ready for inspection and was cleaned before it left their dealership, thank you Lenny Corson, you did a wonderful recon in it. The emergency brake in the truck locked up and I couldn't get it to release and Chris Knibbs sent a service technician to my residence, 50 miles away and the service tech was able to free the emergency brake so I can now drive my truck. My overall experience with Tim's was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a SUV here in April and it was an OK experience. Came back today for another and it couldn't have gone better. Dave in sales had the vehicle ready to go when we got there for a test drive. Nate fit me a great rate on my loan. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will be lifelong customers.

Found the truck I was looking for listed online at Tim's. Drove out to see it and was amazed to find everything as advertised. Laid back no pressure salesmen made for a really good buying experience. Nice job Danny!

I bought a used Toyota Tacoma from Tim's with a few miles on it and like any used vehicle it had a few problems. Tim's Service Dept took care of everything and the truck runs great. A+
