Big Star Buick GMC

I have to say I think Big Star Buick GMC has gotten better and faster at the service they give when your vehicle has to go in for any maintenance from what I can remember from a year to 2 years ago. And the courtesy has improved. They need to have loaner cars to loan out while your vehicle is being serviced.

They didn’t tell me the tires on the vehicle I Bought from them in July had dry rotted tires and that I needed an alignment

My sales guy Mr. Joe is amazing he did everything possible to try to put me in the vehicle that I wanted

He was very helpful and courteous Dealership completes the work timely and Dustin made the experience easy

Got ghosted after servicing my truck. Sent it in for a recall and an ac issue. Was told it could be 3 to 5 days top by service people. 2 months later, finally got my truck back. Reported damage done to my front bumper. After several attempts to get it taken care of, I got ghosted. 2nd service after tire rotation. I received my truck with a missing lug nut. Reported it and got ghosted after trying to get issue taken care of.

Test drive for used RAM was arranged quickly and car was in really good shape. Deal was made with reasonable price. Paper work etc. went smoothly. Over all good experience.

In and out, just like we wanted We drive over from Deer Park, drop off the truck, go eat lunch and then she called to say it was ready! Quick and easy!
