Everyone was so helpful I can’t express my gratitude for how smooth and easy everything went. Janette is something special, you guys better hold onto her for as long as you can. Lara was extremely helpful as well explains all of the finances and how everything works. I couldn’t have asked for a better group to help me lease my first new car.

The staff were exceptional. Everyone was knowledgeable and accomodating. No questions went unanswered. My sales consultant took a great deal of time to see to it that I was comfortable with my choice and decision. The facility was welcoming, pleasant, and offered every amenity. My sales consultant was first rate... She was helpful, genuine, thorough, courteous and intelligent. I had an excellent exlerience.

In the past I have had some bad experiences at other...

In the past I have had some bad experiences at other dealerships. I have had a lot of pushy sales guys offer me unfair deals and always feel like I am in a battle. This was not the case at Subaru. We had such an outstanding experience with Tom. I can't over state enough how easy it was to trade a vehicle and how fun it was to get set up for success by Tom. He really made our customer effort low and was very entertaining. We will be highly recommending Subaru and Tom to friends and family. Lara was really great as well. She took on all the hardships of paperwork was enthusiastic and made us feel like she really cared about us.

I decided to trade when my Crosstrek Hybrid needed some work because I wanted all the new safety features and a somewhat larger car. I was intrigued with the 8 passenger Ascent to replace my husband's aged Pilot. He is still attached to that car so I decided on a used Forester instead. I talked to Mary about the things I wanted as well as the safety package and she came up with a car the fulfilled all my requests. I really appreciate working with someone who pays attention to my wants and will recommend her to my friends.

Easy and made things right when I encountered a problem.

I came in to test drive 3 cars and Chris assisted me throughout. He was great and patient with me as I mulled over the decision. Laela in finance was great as well. She made the process pretty easy and painless, not pushing excessively for me to buy unwanted products. I unfortunately had an issue with a tire pressure sensor on the way home. There was no warranty on the car I purchased, but Chris and the used car manager Brandon did me a solid and reimbursed me to get the problem fixed. I'm satisfied with my experience at Morrie's and would consider future purchases with them.
