Easy and made things right when I encountered a problem.

I came in to test drive 3 cars and Chris assisted me throughout. He was great and patient with me as I mulled over the decision. Laela in finance was great as well. She made the process pretty easy and painless, not pushing excessively for me to buy unwanted products. I unfortunately had an issue with a tire pressure sensor on the way home. There was no warranty on the car I purchased, but Chris and the used car manager Brandon did me a solid and reimbursed me to get the problem fixed. I'm satisfied with my experience at Morrie's and would consider future purchases with them.

This is our 2nd new Forester we’ve purchased from Morrie’s Minnetonka & have been very happy with the sales & service people. We also recommended this dealership to a friend who also bought a new Impreza through Hani Rashid

Coming to the end of a Subaru lease, I wanted to see if it was a good time to find my next Subaru. The sales and business team were very helpful, consultative, and no pressure. They knew the details and the options. There is very low staff turnover here. I worked wirh most of the same people I did three years ago, and I was able to find a new Outback Onyx XT in stock that fit my needs ans budget. Set up the deal in 90 minutes (including test drive) and took less than two hours at the time I requested two days later to get through paperwork, options, and delivery. Outstanding!

I had excellent service at Morries Minnetonka Subaru....

I had excellent service at Morries Minnetonka Subaru. Beth Miley was answering questions I had on the WRX earlier in the day via email/text. I couldn’t get there until later in the evening so she set me up with Wesley Preston. He was excellent. Him and the finance lady that helped me stayed over an hour past close to finish the sale. 10 out of 10 for everyone and the experience there.

Good experience with no pressure

We worked with Janette who made our purchase painless. I need an adapted car with a left foot brake and accelerator, and Janette personally drove our new vehicle to the shop doing the adaptation. This kindness alone relieved us of a lot of stress. We're impressed and appreciative.
