I purchased a Ford Focus Every thing has been more than satisfactory I filled in a longer survey from you that would not return to you. It said that I was missing a bit of info that I couldn't understand what it could be. Sorry for the delay Mary Jayne Larson

Highly Satisfied

Everyone at the dealership was professional, friendly and well-informed. We were treated with respect and courtesy. We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape C Series. We like it very much. We bought the new car to replace our 2002 Escape which we have enjoyed for thirteen years.

Great Service

Good experience. I bought a 2014 Escape SE. Nice vehicle. Has a stale smell. First owner must have smoked in the vehicle. Did not notice until later this past week. It's annoying. Otherwise, so far so good.

Painless, no-pressure, empathetic ?

Linda sold me a new 2015 Fusion and I couldn't be happier. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked through the door. The team I worked with tailored my experience to be as quick and painless as possible. Linda, Presidential candidate Lincoln 'Mercury' Johnson, and the young woman at the front desk were an absolute delight to work with. Seriously, great work. I'm already looking forward to my next purchase.

Doctor

Everyone and everything was great. Our salesman Brian was polite, patient and well-informed regarding the car we were seeking. I do have one question. Is the plastic cargo area cover standard or optional equipment on the Escape series? Our 2002 Escape came with one, but I forgot to ask about the 2015 model. Thank you, Dennis Whitter

Good all around experience.

We were looking for and ultimately purchased a Ford Fusion. We researched your dealership online before we made our initial visit plus your location (Freeway Ford) was close to our home. In our initial visit, we met with a salesman, told him what we wanted. He told us the bottom line for what we wanted and we told him we would contact him. A week later we called to set up an appt and purchased the car. Very easy. Our sales rep, the financial office, the manager we all professional and very nice to deal with.

Ford Escape Purchase

Purchased a 2015 Escape SE. Saad Ghanem was very helpful. We really enjoyed working with him. Both sales managers Carrie & Charlie were also very helpful. Very professional staff

Awesome!

New Ford Focus 2014, the salesman John Rotter was professional and awesome - he picked out the right car for me and worked with the finance personnel to gather me the best possible deal. I think I got a fair trade in amount with my 2008 Ford Escape. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! The added rebates helped when financing. Also, Matt and Jorge in Finance - both excellent and all very professional. They listened to my concerns and have answered all my many many questions by taking the time to listen to me. Very impressed. I've been a loyal customer since 1982 except for 10 years living in TN. 5 of my 6 cars were Fords. I won't shop any where else except Freeway Ford. THANK YOU!

The best place to buy a Ford

We bought a 2015 Edge last week and so far we are LOVE 'N it. Beautiful car, easy to drive. Everyone was so helpful and friendly....makes us feel almost like family! That's the main reason we keep coming back to Freeway Ford......the staff is outstanding. Each person that we worked with made us feel like we were more than just a customer. Keep up the great work!
