Linda was a responsive, friendly salesperson. And Charlie - sales manager - was earnest and provided us with a great price and service. They both respected our time and the transaction was positive & seamless.

Ford Edge

Luke was extremely helpful. I had visited other dealerships before going to Ford that were trying to put me into a car I did not want for a price I did not want to pay. When I got to Ford, Luke listened to what I wanted and committed to finding a car that was within my price range and did not try to push me into anything that I did not want. As a customer who was giving up their previous dream car (mercury mariner) that is no longer made, that was very important to me. Trading my car in was an anxiety filled and hard process because I wanted the closest thing to it that I could find and Luke helped me to get there with all the extra bells and whistles included! I can't speak highly enough about Luke and what fantastic customer service I received.

2009 Focus Service people are always very friendly and make the visit a pleasure and quick. I like that they go over the paperwork with me rather than just handing it to me and sending me on my way.

Great service.

Moved to Minneapolis from Virginia last year and I needed a Ford dealer to address to recalls for my Ford Escape. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I liked it that our salesman listened to what we wanted and did a great job of getting it for us. The vehicle felt right the minute I drove it out of the lot. It had the get up and go I needed.

Brake Questions

I came in because I thought my brakes were not reacting correctly -- it was over reaction to Winter driving -- I was reassured by a test drive and full brake check -- I am reassured and pleased my concern was treated so professionally and thoroughly -- and the fresh coffee was a real treat!! Thank You!!
