A pleasant no pressure shopping experience.

I was impressed with the whole experience from being greeted until the final handshake. There was no pressure, I was treated fairly and with respect.

Buy your next car from Freeway Ford

1) Eli Witherspoon is a pleasure to deal with. He is very professional, a great listener, and extremely knowledgeable about Ford vehicles. A real gentleman. 2) Everybody else at Freeway Ford was also helpful, polite, professional, an obviously hard working. There is a palpable sense of a cohesive "team" working together. 3) All the questions I had about the financing were readily answered in a way I could easily understand. 4) Freeway Ford had the exact Mustang I wanted (manual transmission, the right color, leather, backup camera). It was easy to search the website and nice to come to the your dealership and see that the car was exactly as described on line.

Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever. Wanted to look and test drive a truck. Sales woman asked questions to determine whether or not I was going to buy that day, which I wasn't. As soon as she realized I wasn't buying that day, she said I have an appointment and left. My son knew more about the truck than she did and wouldn't even open the door so we could lock inside. I have never been treated so badly at a dealership. Your loss lady as I'm buying soon but not from you!

Great Service

I like that everyone was very friendly and if I had to wait a while for them to run numbers and prices, they would come and say sorry for the wait every couple minutes and let me know they're still working on it.

Great sales personnel - motivated

Both Saad, my salesman, and Carrie, the new car manager, went out of their way to find a vechicle for me. They also worked hard on the trade-in value of my used vechicle and on compettive pricing for my new one.
