New car experience

My Sales Person was excellent. I did not care for the finance person, he was pushing the add ons and once I said no, he did not have the same enthusiasm.

Friendly Atmosphere, Knowledgeable Staff

Brian Peterson was extremely knowledgeable and found me the perfect vehicle for my needs. I appreciate the time he took to find me the vehicle with the options I wanted and really listening to me. Great salesman without the typical car salesman demeanor. He believes in what he's selling and actually cares to find you the right vehicle. Paperwork signing was ready immediately and went smoothly. I also received a follow up call from the sales manager to make sure I was pleased with my visit. Great service all around!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FREEWAY FORD

Elijah was awesome to work with! He was very kind, patient and personable. I felt like he worked hard to give us a fair trade value off our old car and a payment that fit into my budget. Hunter was also very knowledgeable during the walk-thru as well as very helpful over the inital call to Freeway Ford. I can see mysellf doing business here for a long time.

I am the owner of a 2003 Ford Taurus and have had it...

I am the owner of a 2003 Ford Taurus and have had it serviced at Freeway since I bought the car. Economically times are tough and I would love to get a new car but I just cannot afford the monthly payment right now. So, took it in last week for a winterizing visit to the Quick Lane and I know that I have an oil leak(oh the smell). So, the care was done but...had to go to the regular service department and saw those guys yesterday(11/10/13). Dropped the car off with Oly and a few hours later he called and stated that they could not find the leak and put some dye in the oil and he told me drive it for 400 miles or so and bring it in to see where it is coming from. The best part of it all, even though Oly has tremendous customer service skills....he ran my car thru the wash and there was no charge for the day. What??? No service charge!!! That is amazing customer service and how honest treatment is why I have used your service department since I bought the car. Just a big thank you and thanks for keeping the doors open. Sue

Great prices and no puny sales tactics. Well at least I could handle any sales tactics used and they were not unpleasant. Hunter did a great jOb

Fabulous Service

Efficient and pleasant...Denise was great...! Denise was very helpful and answered all my questions...the facilities are good, and I didn't wait very long to have my vehicle serviced.

Efficent Service, Friendly Staff

I like the "quick lube" option. Service was quick but efficient and staff was friendly and helpful. Sales staff worked hard to ensure the best purchase for me.
