Great Service

The repairs were done more than 2x faster than another dealership quoted me. I was given a shuttle ride back to work and picked up when the repairs were finished. The employees were extremely friendly, attentive, and service oriented. My only complaint is- I got a quote for replacing a part on my hatchback window and it was extremely expensive for parts and labor. This should not be a hard repair. Instead of getting the 1 part I need, I would have to buy a whole kit. Seems silly. I will be looking for another way to have it done for a reasonable price. Overall they were friendly and speedy and I had a great experience.

Oil Change

Coupon for an oil change. Prompt, friendly, timely but this time I didn't get a car wash and would have liked that alot.

Sandy the service rep was EXCELLENT COULDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE. Delivery driver don't remember name EXCELLENT. Am very disappointed with the $100 deductible after having the one year warranty and the EXPENSIVE long term extended warranty. Even with warranties, the customer still PAYS. The towing is also disappointing. Will submit to Ford for reimbursement. I have only owned this vehicle for about 8 months. It would be nice if Freeway Ford would throw in ocasionally a FREE CAR WASH. This is a perk that other dealers provide. DEAN COLLINS

Service when I needed it

My 2010 Ford Fusion's battery gave it up after 3 years and I managed to get it started. I called up Freeway Ford and they said bring it in.......without an appointment I brought it in and they diagnosed the problem as the battery, replaced it and I was on my way.

Very pleased with purchase

It obviously helps that I had a loan approval in hand before visiting your dealership, but this was arguably the easiest vehicle purchase I've made. The test drive took longer than completing the paperwork.

Totally Professional!

This is the highest complimentI can pay to fellow Sales people. Barry is what brought me back to Freeway Ford as he sold my 2 children first! Elijah listened and met our needs! Flex Repair

The service team listened to my concerns, asked good questions to further understand what my expectations were, checked out the Flex, and fixed what was required. Why I gave the Facilities a 4/5 stars?... seriously, compared to other dealerships, I wish there was free popcorn/drinks.
