Recall for cable for Ford Escape

I had to have a cable taken care of due toa recall. Can't really rate the quality of repair because I never had a problem with the cable system,thank goodness. But glad it's fixed. I found the staff helpful and polite. The called with other things they found and I had them fix those things also. They were very good.

Freeway Ford service department responded quickly to my on-line inquiry for service questions. Quick Lane Service Advisor Denise Caylor provided excellent customer service. She actually makes spending money nobody wants to spend enjoyable.

Please give Bill Campbell A++++++ for all of his help and guidance with the new car purchase...it was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had (61 years old)...I sincerely appreciate Bill's follow-up calls as well...
