Quick Lane Service
Upon my arrival for quick lane service,being second in line,I was greeted immediately.The service writer was very friendly and professional,while listening to my concerns. As my car was being serviced,I was kept well informed.Was recommended to me to have cabin filter replaced and I didn't know it had one.Had them change it.Overall,it was a very pleasant experience.

While out on test drive we had to stop for gas. While...
While out on test drive we had to stop for gas. While putting gas in the car Rob stood by the pump smoking, then when he got back in the car he made the car reek of cigarette smoke. When I'm going to spend $30k on a car I'm going to test drive my way. I had a detailed list of items to evaluate on the car and instead the whole time we were out Rob kept trying to rush me back to the dealership, probably so he could have another cigarette. So then I took him back so I could either continue the test drive by myself or so he could find someone else. He was not willing to do that but instead continued rushing me and preventing me from properly evaluating the car. Then once we returned to the dealership I was sitting in my car making notes about the car on my evaluation sheets and I overhear him complaining about me to another employee while they're both out having a cigarette. I will be calling the sales manager to complain about his service. I only ended up being stuck with Rob because Tim was too busy and not willing to help me when I came in.

Service Team is great
The Service Team was great to work with. They were very thorough and informative. I also like the fact that they are open until 6 p.m. and on Saturdays so I can get there after work hours.

Very friendly and competent staff. The facility was filthy. The waiting area was crude and dirty. The mens restroom was sickening from the soiled floor to the urine corroded partitions. The garage area was in dire need of a clean up. The counters and railings were old and pock marked. My for Taurus SHO looked out of place in that shop. If this dealership ever hopes to draw a high quality customer it better start looking like a high quality vendor.

Very Good Experience..

What a pleasure doing business with a dealership that follows through with everything they say they will. I had the feeling right away that our salesman Barry was the real deal. Tire Trouble
FWF worked with me to replace a 7-month old tire that was purchased from and installed by the dealer 7 months previously. Although I did not have road hazard coverage, they did their best to replace and install a new tire at minimum cost. They also found some burned out bulbs that were replaced. The service department at FWF is a very good shop. They work very hard to satisfy their customers.
