Bought new car

Trent went above beyond Easy to work with. He helped me to choose XLT. Before I didn’t know what XLT is. Overall he did awesome job.

Not Great Service

I just didn't feel the service was great! Felt like the guys was just checking boxes to get me in and out. From the beginning I just felt like he didn't care about my issue. I mentioned my issue and he basically said he didn't think they could check for it. I pushed back and said there is nothing you can do. He said they could look. Called me and basically said they looked and didn't see anything. So now what?? I drive a car with an issue or do I try another dealer. I just felt like he didn't care and wanted to get me in and out.

3.5 hours for an oil change in the "quick" lane...........that's all I'm saying, you figure out how I feel. This is the only time I've been disappointed

Great service

Quick Lane was busy busy when I arrived but I was acknowledged and within a few minutes, I was checked in. The car was ready on a very timely basis. Great job by all. Thank you!

Repeat Repairs Stemming From Warranty

Had to bring my car back for the second time since a massive warranty repair was done on the engine approximately 2,000 miles ago. When I called, an appointment was set for Wednesday but the rep spent time trying to sell me new tires rather than completing the appointment booking so I lost my spot and had to be seen the next day. Rental car was promised when I arrived but not ready. Was told the problem was not covered by warranty even though it was clearly connected to the engine work previously. Still waiting for service manger to call to discuss problem. I used to always rate Freeway 5 stars but the quality of work has significantly dropped over the past 12 months

Automotive recall.

Picking up the car was easy and staff friendly. I also appreciate the wife getting a ride home in the shuffle after she dropped off the car.

Expensive, slow and incomplete

They apparently found the problem. $12 in parts $170 labor. Did an oil change, did not reset the oil life indicator. Not the first time they've forgotten. Did not wash the vehicle. Took all day.

Really Quick Service Once in the Service Bay

I arrived at Freeway Ford Quick Lane Service 10 minutes to 7 am on a cold Friday morning because my "Low Coolant, Service Required" light came on and I didn't want to take any chances with engine trouble for ignoring the light. Big Mistake!! There were already over 6 vehicles ahead of me. Although Colleen and the other service rep were processing us quickly, my vehicle didn't make it into the service bay until about 8:30 am but the service tech quickly took care of the coolant problem and an oil change and I was out of there before 9:15 am. I was disappointed I had to wait longer than normal but know Mondays and Fridays are not the best days to bring in a vehicle and expect a quick turnaround.
