New tires

Just a FYI. They gave me the wrong keys when I came to pick up my car. They seemed confused about those weren’t my car keys. The manager had to go find my car keys. The owner of the other car had to go home and get another set of keys. My parents knew the other customer. The service center was hard to get ahold of when it is busy

Exceptional customer service

We were extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service provided by Barry. He was never pushy or trying to rush me into making a decision. He was very patient and knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining the options and differences in the vehicle I was considering, which helped me find the perfect car. Barry strives to make sure you are a happy customer walking out his door, each and every time you come in. Fernando in finance also did an awesome job for me. He had everything ready to go and all perfectly in order which helped the process go very smoothly. He explained the warranty and other available options clearly and was not pushing me to buy something I did not want. He was very professional.

Oil Change and recall

Your staff was really friendly. They let me know of the recall and got it fix during oil change. I would recommend Freeway Ford to others.

Did not fix issue. The truck has had multiple issueS and should be of better quality for the money. likely will dive it to Chevy for a better truck.

I’d Give Freeway Ford 6-Stars If I Could

They were delightful to work with. Quick, efficient, thorough, zero drama, etc. I live in Wyoming and tried to buy the truck in Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho. Between not having the exact truck I wanted and dealers with the truck making it “difficult” and “complicated” and “frustrating”, I decided to look elsewhere. What a breath of fresh air. They treated me respectfully, valued my time, and did everything in their power to make the experience totally seamless. I’m actually looking forward to working with them on my next car purchase (and all future car purchases).
