Tyler did a great job of letting me know what was going on and the step being take to repair my truck. I did ask to have my tires rotated . not sure if they did it. only because the tire pressure ranged for 44 to 37 psi.

Exceptional and Amazing
It is such a refreshing change to do business with professionals that are passionate about what they do. Colleen is routinely my “go-to” advisor. She is absolutely tremendous. Her breadth and depth of vehicle knowledge is comforting. It quells a lot of anxiety when an advisor such as she, can walk up, tell you exactly whats right or wrong, and how to remedy the situation. She makes customer service and satisfaction effortless. I also got the pleasure of working with Rick during my last visit. I enjoyed our conversation, I also appreciate that in his pointing out of a service that will need to be done down the road that he gave a realistic timeline rather than use scare tactics like other shops are known to do. Efficient service
Service- efficient, thorough, pleasant, good results. Price- good value. Have had great service from Tyler as well dealing with a new Samsung phone not projecting GPS on my Escape screen! Still waiting for that fix from ???
