Amazing Service

Excellent Customer Service Transit Connect Purchase

Good service

I am glad that they are now taking appointments for service. This sure makes it easier to have an appointment and not have to guess where you would be in the queue. Service was performed very well as expected.

Purchased an amazing vehicle

What I appreciate the most is that I felt no pressure in deciding to buy or not to buy. I was able to test drive some vehicles and find the perfect one for me with help from Don. Fernando didn't pressure me into a warranty I didn't want... in fact the next day I went with a friend to buy a car at a different dealer and the finance person berated her for choosing not to buy a high end warranty which wasn't nearly as nice as Ford offers. I've experienced that at another dealer also. Kudos to Freeway Ford for not doing that to people!

Easy to deal with and good financing

Service is great, they only recommend services that is need. And what can I say about the employee Colleen Liborio what and asset for Freeway ford, I am older and she was so helpful on the bill and helpful getting my car.. Do not let her get away from organization.

I would put 0 stars if it was an option!!

Quick lane- Went in for an oil change and it took 4.5 hours of waiting to get my car back. They said I stripped my oil pan and need to come up with $250 plus labor plus paying regular price for my oil change that took forever. After that, my car was leaking oil bad! I brought it back and they put in an oil pan and it leaked even worse!! I brought it back again. They had my car for a week and said the problem was not the oil pan, but the main seal. My car is still leaking really bad!!! My car had NO LEAKS before this oil change!!! I have always gone to Ford for my oil changes to make sure it was done right. I guess I got the wrong Ford Quick Lane tech and now my car, driveway & garage are messed up!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!!

Julie- Thank you for taking my phone call. As I stated in my call I did take the time to get together with our service employees to discuss what took place. Our position is that because we could have stripped the oil drain plug we absorbed the expense to replace the oil pan. It's not uncommon for a rear main seal to be leaking on a vehicle with over 150,000 miles. There isn't anything we would have done to cause the rear seal to just start leaking. Escape Titanium 2019

It was a completely stress free experience. The whole team was attentive and willing to explain the whole process clearly. I loved the model and design. I was carefully advised according to my needs and it was not at all any type of aggressive sales style, more like a family warm environment. Awesome!
