Freeway Ford

Always first class service. Work is completed in a timely manner by polite, professionals. Freeway Ford is the only place I take our Ford cars to for service.

I came in knowing what kind of vehicle I wanted. We stopped by after seeing a few Ford Edges online. Within minutes I was helped and in an edge ready to test drive. After looking over the options, I decided I wanted to buy, and had paperwork done within an hour. Overall, great experience!

I came in early and dropped off my vehicle with ease. The staff was friendly and receptive. I was able to get to and from work safely. I was even impressed with the amount of time it took to get the job done. DISCLAIMER: A rep called earlier and I had mistaken confused Freeway Ford with another dealership I dealt with over the weekend. I did not get an oil change from Freeway but given the cost at the other dealership I should have come over. I guess that's what happens when you're multi tasking at work. -doh

Called for an oil change, They were able to work me in last minute and work was complete in less than 1 hour. Great service!

I was there early so got in right away. In and out in 35 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Never disappointed. Thank you.

Tim Ross and the entire Freeway Ford team took great care of us from start to finish. Tim listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect new Ford Edge. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to see Tim when we need our next new Ford.

Nolan was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Answered all our questions and sought out a vehicle to bring in that met our needs. He was very mindful of the value of our time, made sure the discounts and trade in value were transparent in the sales contract paperwork. He understood that our trade-in had been a very reliable vehicle for us and made sure he dealt respectfully in discussions regarding our trade.

Don Hershey was very friendly and really made the process so easy and quick. He explained well about all the technical and special features of the car. I greatly appreciate his friendliness that made my overall exeperience awesome. I recommend him as an excellent car sale prefessional.

Pat was so patient and answered our many questions. Senior citizens, we appreciated the time he took with us. After writing up a deal he accepted my decision to come back the next day. I then found a white Ford Titanium, with all the bells and whistles I wanted! Again he was patient and explained everything and even took my picture by my new car!
