Neither of the two representatives that I saw were clear. Explanations were confusing. They did not foster trust. They offered too high an interest rate to a customer with excellent payment history and credit score. Rates offered do not reflect current market rates.

Fixed broken sideview mirror
The were able to install a new motor and salvage my old mirror, which was great. Also the parts department was able to order the parts needed in a very timely manner.

Nice experience
Greeted warmly immediately. My recall repair was 4hrs so my (brand new) rental car was greatly appreciated! From check-in to driving out my experience was pleasant all around! Thank you for your friendly, courteous attention!

AM static
Since buying my 2017 Escape I’ve had trouble with static even on the strongest of channels. Made an appointment, brought my vehicle in ( still within warranty) on Thursday. Was given a loaner and had my car back by Monday. The sound on all channels is now interference free.

A Stellar Experience
What started out with frustrating phone calls resulted in superior customer service through Bryan Stumpf's gallant effort to make my experience positive. He succeeded. My car was under warranty and the repair was expected to take a day or two. I was provided with a new Ford SUV until my car repair was completed. The guys in the service area were quick and I was in and out before I could say Freeway Ford 100 times. So far, Brian 'walks the talk' and I appreciate it.

I bought 2017 Ford Escape at the end of my lease.
